I am always in the market for an exotic, outstanding, clean 5 or 6 inch heel. I cannot get enough of them. They make you appear about 5 lbs slimmer, they increase your sexy and shape your legs. On top of that, they help improve your posture. Theyre pretty much the best thing since sliced bread for a woman!

This month none other than Young Money’s very own @NickiMinaj is featured on the cover of the UK Magazine Wonderland. On it, she is styled to perfection in her car printed Prada. I must say this may be one of the best combinations of glam and edge that I’ve seen in 2012! Get it Nicki!!!

Today marks day one of @SolangeKnowles fashion photo blog for British Vogue. The whole month of February, Solange will be submitting pictures of her daily outfits and frankly, I am excited to see what she has in store for us!

The November issue of Harper’s Bazaar is featuring the gorgeous Beyoncé. She glows on the cover in a FAB golden bronze dress. And the shots throughout are simply chic. Again, I couldn’t help but notice another similarity to one of my styled looks that I created last week. The red coat with a black and gold shoe. Her’s looked more sexy because she wore nothing but lingerie underneath and I paired my look with a full outfit. But it is what it is, Your girl has a gift! When I spotted the cover of the November 2011 issue of Harper’s Bazaar Australia this morning, I could not help but notice that cover girl, Miranda Kerr was wearing the exact same skirt I used in my “Glam Diva” look (pictured below) a few days ago. This just tells me I am doing something amazingly right. I’ve always known I have exquiste style and elegant taste, but it is awesome to see that someone at Harper’s Bazaar style is in sync with mine! Italy, I’m Coming!

Every woman should own at least one good pair of sneakers. We all know about Jordan’s, but what other styles of sneakers are suitable for the fiercely FAB woman who wants to rock a stand out pair of kicks? I was browsing the internet and I was impressed by what is available for a reasonable price.

Leopard right now is also a FAB FLOW favorite this season. It goes amazing with red (pictured below) and amazing with GOLD, which just so happens to be primarily the only type of jewelry that I wear. So in short, LEOPARD has also been approved by The Fab Flow.

White took over the summer this year and is still a major color this fall fashion season. But along with it, black and red are being spotlighted this fall in fashion. I love black and white outfit accented with a red lip and/or red accessories. But i also am LOVING the all red looks I’ve been seeing. This is a big season for these stand out colors and The Fab Flow approves!!!
