A couple of weeks ago @Ashanti posted her Saturday full body workout. Although it fit into one tweet the workout is extremely intense. Probably worth doing three or four times a week. What do you say? A 30 day challenge perhaps? I’ll do it and post before and after pictures on November 11th? If you’re with me send me yours too after 30 days!!!!

Scratchmedias.net is a blog I follow on tumblr. I clicked on the site and I was blown away by the vibe I got from the opening window and song. The current home screen is absolutely gorgeous. Although the site is labeled under construction, I was intrigued. I then clicked the picture and it took me to the actual site and low and behold, there was an array  of pictures on the site exhibiting exquisite taste in art, fashion and design. I loved it. I don’t know what is in store post construction, but I’ll be checking in periodically to find out because I am definitely intrigued.
